Tenniscall is a sports-focused community where users can communicate through live chat and messaging features. We aim to create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for everyone using the app. These guidelines apply to all live chat and messaging features within the app.

By using Tenniscall, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines whenever you interact with other users.

Expected Behavior

All users are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully and courteously
  • Treat other users fairly, both on and off the court
  • Use messaging features responsibly and in good faith
  • Help maintain a friendly and inclusive community

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following behaviors are not allowed on Tenniscall:

  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech
  • Sexual, explicit, or inappropriate content
  • Spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions
  • Impersonation or misleading or deceptive identities
  • Any behavior intended to intimidate, exploit, or harm other users
  • Repeated or disruptive messaging that negatively affects the community

Safety Tools: Report and Block

To help keep the community safe:

  • Users can report other users directly from the app
  • Users can block other users to stop further communication

Reporting and blocking options are available directly from each chat conversation and the user page.

These tools are available within the messaging and chat interface and can be used at any time.

Moderation and Enforcement

Reported users and content are reviewed by our support team. If a user violates these Community Guidelines, Tenniscall may take appropriate action, including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Temporarily suspending the account
  • Permanently banning the account in serious or repeated cases

Actions are taken to protect the community and ensure a positive experience for all users.
