Tenniscall | User Data Deletion

If you wish to terminate your account and have all your data permanently removed from the Tenniscall App and web platform, you have two options:

  1. Self-Service Termination:
    • Log in to your account using your username and password;
    • Open the main menu under the avatar and select "Settings";
    • Within the Settings section, navigate to the "Privacy" tab;
    • Scroll down to find the "Terminate account" option and select it.
  2. Assisted Termination:
    • Alternatively, you can contact us directly, and we will terminate your account upon your request.

Once these steps are completed, your account will be terminated, and all your information will be permanently deleted from our servers. You will also be logged out.
