TennisCall is designed to be very user-friendly. Nevertheless we have created some video tutorials to help you perform the most important actions on our tennis platform such as: inviting players to hitting practice sessions, challenging them to a tennis match, and exchanging contact details. Playing tennis has never been made this easy. Have fun with TennisCall!

How to challenge other players to a TennisCall match

In order to challenge other players to a match, you have to click on the "Thumb Up" icon placed next to the player's name. The match will earn both players TennisCall points (the winner gets more points) which will take them up the Tennis League ranking ladder. Here is the step-by-step guide on how to challenge other players to a match:

  • Login to your account;
  • Go to "My League";
  • Locate the player you want to challenge;
  • Click on the "thumb up" icon next to the player's name;
  • When the modal window pops up, hit "Approve";
  • Post a message to let your opponent know your favorite place and time to play the match and hit "Send".

How to accept a challenge request

Playing a match will earn both players TennisCall points (again, the winner gets more points) which will take them up the Tennis League ranking ladder. In order to accept a challenge request from another player, follow these instructions:

  • Login to your account;
  • Go to "Open Challenges";
  • Go to "Received";
  • Locate the challenge you want to accept;
  • Click on the green "thumb up" button called "accept";
  • When the modal window pops up, hit "Accept";
  • Post a message to let your opponent know your favorite place and time to play the match and hit "Send".

How to update a score after a match is played

After a match is played, the result must be updated on TennisCall. Following these instructions you can record a match score and wait for your opponent to approve it. If your opponent update the score before you, you can approve it by following these same instructions.

  • Login to your account;
  • Go to "Open Challenges";
  • Go to "Upcoming";
  • Locate the match you want to record the score of;
  • Click on the yellow button "Match Score";
  • Fill all the forms about the match;
  • Hit "Save";
  • Post a message to let your opponent know you've updated the score and hit "Send".

How to dispute a score posted by your opponent

After a match is played, the result must be updated on TennisCall. If you think the score that is updated is not accurate, you can follow these instructions to dispute a match score submitted by your opponent. You could also validate it if you think the score is right.

  • Login to your account;
  • Go to "Open Challenges";
  • Go to "Played";
  • Locate the match you want to dispute the score of;
  • Click on the red hammer button "Dispute";
  • Fill all the forms about the match;
  • Hit "Save";
  • Wait for an admin to settle your match score.

How to invite a player to non competitive match (Meetups)

If you set up a “Meetups” with a Tenniscall user, your score won’t be recorded on the site and no one will score points on the ranking. However, you can also decide to play a match where there will be a winner and loser in your match, but no points will be awarded for the league. You can invite to a “Meetups” session every player on Tenniscall; the league doesn’t matter. You can invite a player to a “Meetups” session clicking on the “INVITE TO MEETUPS” button near their names.

  • Login to your account;
  • Click on the "Players" button;
  • Search for the player you want to invite;
  • Click on the "Star" button (Tennis Buddy).

How to send a private message to a player

On Tenniscall you have the possibility to send a message to other players. Contact other users to arrange a match or to ask something about them.

  • Login to your account;
  • Click on the "Players" button;
  • Search for the player you want to send a message to;
  • Click on the "Paperplane" button ( "Send Message" button);
  • Write the message you want to send;
  • Click on "Send".

How to search tennis coaches in your area

On Tenniscall you have the possibility to find tennis coaches in your area to train with. Follow these instructions to find them out.

  • Login to your account;
  • Click on the "Coaches" button;
  • Click on the "Filters" button;
  • Fill the location form with your area;
  • Click on the "Apply Filters" button.

How to search tennis players in your area

On tenniscall you have the possibility to find tennis players in your area to play with. Follow these instructions to find them out.

  • Login to your account;
  • Click on the "Players" button;
  • Click on the "Filters" button;
  • Fill the location form with your area;
  • Click on the "Apply Filters" button.

How to comment on a challenge page

You can leave a comment on a challenge page to let your tennis partner know about the time and the place you will play at. Follow this instructions to do it.

  • Login to your account;
  • Click on the "Open challenges" button;
  • Search for the challenge you want to comment to;
  • Click on the "View” blue button;
  • Write the comment you want to post;
  • Click on the "Send" button.

How to search tennis courts near you

On Tenniscall you can find tennis court in your area clicking on the “COURTS” button and looking for courts near you and your city/region.

  • Login to your account;
  • Click on the "COURTS" button;
  • Look for courts near you in the map or scrolling the list.
