Just a reminder, Padel/ Astro bookings are open, with the last bookings to finish at midnight from tonight, IA.

Also the ice cream parlour will be open with ice-creams, milkshakes, burgers, steak rolls etc. IA.

Further to yesterday's notice on court opening times, we have decided to extend the opening times till midnight (all days, for the time being) during Ramadaan. 

PS! Should we then realise that there is a lack of uptake during certain days of the week, the opening times may be revised accordingly.

Kindly remember to undertake the necessary confirmations (from expected participants) before making your booking, as the full fee will be payable even for any "no shows".

Also we have had instances of Associates booking on behalf of non-Associates who at times do not honour their bookings. Remember if your name is used on the booking you will be responsible for any "no-shows". Please ask those that are not Associates to register on Tenniscall, to avoid the consequence of "no-shows".

Kindly note, that during the month of Ramadaan (Fridays and Saturdays, ONLY), the Padel and Astro courts will be available for bookings till midnight. 

Kindly ensure that any bookings are done through the Tenniscall App.

Also a polite reminder, that any bookings done will need to be honoured, as a result the normal hire charge will apply even for no shows.

We have had a number of no shows. 

Please ensure that you honour any bookings made, as this can be disruptive to others who may have wanted to play at the time. 

The system allows you to cancel a booking (through the app) , if the cancellation is done at least 24 hours before your booked time. 

If a cancellation is needed within 24hours of your booked time, please message or call to advise in order to minimize any inconveniences. 

We understand that at times not everything goes according to plan, but communication is key.

Just a reminder that the school holiday special on Padel and Astro court hire is now over, however the special has been extended till 4pm tomorrow (Monday 9th September 2024), so for a further day. 

Kindly note that for any hires for play after the 9th of Sept 2024 the following rates apply:

Astro: 6am - 10pm =$40/hr,

Padel: 6am-4pm =$20/hr, then 4pm-10pm =$30/hr

Dear Associates, 

Kindly note, that there is currently a "School Holiday Special" on court hire for both Padel & Astro during weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 7am and 4pm. 

(Between 4pm and 10pm, normal charges apply) 

This offer ends on, 8 September 2024.

On weekdays and during the times noted above: 

Padel court hire =$10/hr, and 

Astro pitch hire =$20/hr.
